Brembo/OE Stanley boy... You'll be chasing poor braking, vibration and squeeks for ever more if you start playing the aftermarket lottery Rolling Eyes

Been there done it (on many many customers Brembo'd FF's) and they all gave up after spending twice as much on 2 or 3 sets of pads which were crap, then fitted OE...

Thumbs Up

Stan, did this brake grinding noise stop either by own volition or with new pads?

I've noticed in the last couple of weeks that the SC seems to be taking just a fraction longer/ a heavier brake pedal foot to bring it to a halt... and in the last few days I've noticed that on the slow left turn on the approach to our driveway that there seems to be a slow speed, low grind noise from the front end.

I first wondered if this phenomen was anything to do with the 80mph front offside whirling noise/ the chewed looking front offside driveshaft/ hub nut but I suspect it's coincidental and that the brakes just need attention.

The discs look fine but I'll order a set of front Brembo discs and pads this week and start afresh.
