FBH or Not

How do I know if my FFRR has an FBH, is it standard on all or any models or was it an optional extra?
I know the timers work but there's no heat so I presume it isnt installed or it's dead.

Yes - standard on diesels. You should be able to run it on manual via the touch screen. Mine is broken at present Confused
