Dummy or blank for 12v socket

My son has developed a very annoying habit of pushing in the cigarette lighter every chance he gets. I am quite concerned that he will at some point then also pull it out and end up burning himself or something else ... Is there a dummy plastic plug or something available that I can replace the cigarette lighter with?

I've used the plug for the 12v socket in the cubby to block out the rear lighter but can't find a similar LR one anywhere that I can use for the front ...

May just get this - http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/GENUINE-VOLVO-12...5404e568c8

Any thoughts? A flush fitting USB type charger thing could also work but not sure if that would end up causing battery drain ? African Bush Junkie ... in London!

£8 Shocked

Sure Dan will do one, there are a few LR types depending whether it's BMW type (L322) or Ford type (D3) or other (Defender).

you can get a led torch that charges from the lighter socket it is pocket size and would be a useful light in an emergency and completly safe

Is the torch a land rover one ?

Do you have a link to such an item ?

Had a quick look on the web but they seem a bit big.

Would be nice to have a torch in the car again. Just like my 1988 735 had.....
