If your watching the play back, its difficult to see number plates but if you pause close to Range Rover on play back number plates are very clear on on coming traffic, I'll dig a picture out if you want to see what my camera sees. I have a 0801 1080p cam. If it dont work.......burn it!

Thanks Welshdragon. Tried that but the image is so poor I cant read the number plates. I obviously have poor resolution and a poor lens on mine. Travelling around in circles again. |

My 0801 seems fine on pause reading number plates of oncoming traffic.

I think the 0801 has been superseded by the 0803 which apparently has better video quality at night than the 0801.
