I've had various coolant leaks on mine over the last couple of years. The first was a hose which had become displaced and had a groove cut into it by the bottom pulley. Solution; two inch gaffa tape. (After replacing the hose of course!).

Presume you've also checked the coolant expansion tank bleed screw as the source of coolant loss Dave Ray?
