Interestingly, this frenchman did fit a D3 snorkel to his L322 a while ago (bottom of page). It seems you two had the same idea and found the same solutions!

thanks. Im still deciding whether to buy a L322. Being able to fit a snorkel is pretty important toward the decision. I'll get in touch when I know what Im doing.

Off to The Lakes for the weekend.... hopefully have some good pics when we get back and hopefully no more submarine practice!!!!!

Wel,l we had a wonderful trip to the Lakes last weekend, the Range Rover did all that was asked of it, didn't get stuck once, even on some pretty extreme rocky terrain, unfortunately it was dry as a bone and the only river crossing was very low and blocked by some thoughtless person anyway... So the snorkel didn't get a testing....

Did 460 miles over the weekend including about 60 miles of Greenlane, it was a bit tight in places and at one point we had to ease our way through a narrow gate, just widening it a little with the nearside folded in mirror and the snorkel...!!!

Anyway, an on board video from my new head unit...

Great pictures - where did you go? Only really done the Old Coach Road up there.
