Just having a lie on the ground looking at the suspension....as you do.....

How much wiggle/twist should there be in the large front suspension arm (the one going diagonally toward the rear with the big bush on the end).

Can get a bit of twist into mine. Normal?

Put a lever bar in behind the bush (between the bush & the subframe) and lever it (as if to squash the bush against its bolt) the arm should have 1-3mm of travel as you squash the rubber but should spring back into its original place. It will twist at the balljoint end "as thats what its designed to do"
