To be honest I've never heard of them, I'd do lots of googling though.... just to be sure.... had a few chipped diesels over the years and never had any bother from cheap boxes off the bay to proper remaps so I recon you'll be alright... does look a bit complicated though.... Pete

They jump across the engine ECU plug... Unplug the ECU and you will find the wiring is the same so, the ECU plugs into one side and the other side plugs back into the ECU |

What about the two leads at the top the black and brown one? The brown one has a metal loop terminal making me think it a power feed from the battery or an earth.

Van Aaken were based in the village where I live and operated out of units on the TRRL site that's now earmarked for more houses that we simply do not need or want.
