Have the Faultmate MSV2 Extreme to be tinkering with the settings etc. !!

So they've had the car another week and called me today to tell me they've changed the OFH figure 8 gasket seal but it's still leaking a very tiny bit from the figure 8 mating face. Therefore they conclude it needs a new Oil Filter Housing Assembly but I can't have one because they're on back order so I can have the car back leaking and the part isn't covered under warranty.

This all came about after the main dealer had taken the engine out to warranty repair a leak, kept the car 5 weeks, returned it still leaking and they are now claiming this to be a new leak from yet another component which you can't buy because there are none in stock. They previously told me any leaks from the engine would be 'down to' them as they'd had 'the full front end off' and not to worry, they'd make good on all if there were any issues.

Main component pictured is the Oil Filter Housing that is on back order:
