So the logical thing to try is to use it for a week or so to charge it up. If you're the only person that drives it then you can just alternate between the keys once in a while. | ||

| Zirconblue Member Since: 16 Apr 2015 Location: Kent Posts: 1277      | One problem that used to happen with old Rover's is if the remote had a battery change or was pressed several times when out of range of the car. The solution was to press the unlock button about 5 times to get the rolling codes resynchronised. I wonder if it's the same on the RR? | ||

| cgarside Member Since: 25 Mar 2015 Location: Preston Posts: 24      | Didn't get the resync procedure but did follow rangies47's advice and went to the dealer. All done under warranty and sure enough the key re- programmed ok. Both keys now work fine
