I have a 2012 with RSE. This car has already the touch screan remoute control. But the remoute control dont work. I can swich on and control the two sreens from the front, but I cant control the screens not with the remoute control. The remoute is charget and out of the arm rest. The menue is there, but it wont change anything. The blocking botton on the front screen is off. I checked with a camera , and a red flash is visible when using the remoute. I wend to the dealer and there say, all rse otions are checked in. What can I do to find out what the problem is ?

I had this on a 2011 car. What I found was that you must have the front screen NOT on the rear entertainment functions. If you are controlling from the front then the remote in the back will not work. It's like a parents lock kind of thing.
Set the front screen to be on the HOME screen, have the engine running and try again. It will probably work OK.

I have the same issue, and re-read the manual that states the remote is locked out if the supervisory screen is showing in the front.

Not tried it since.
