Well I have just got off the phone from a long conversation with Sky, and Censored Censored Censored Censored Banging Head Banging Head

They are saying that there is nothing wrong with the connection, did some config flush thing, reset the router and still nothing, followed by sorry there is nothing more we can do Evil or Very Mad Evil or Very Mad

Got the hump disconnected the router again at the wall for 30 seconds, just in case the reset wasn't working... and still nothing except "You don't have permission to access / on this server"....... This is begining to feel like a screen of doom job, just waiting for the death bong to join in Big Cry

And then just to add to todays' fun the Censored ffrr's battery has died, talk about perfect timing, it's an electronic conspiracy Shocked

Oh and I can get Russian news, so it's not Putin got it in for me Wink Yesterday I couldn't spell Engineer... Today I are one!

Hey miggit I'm with Sky as well but don't have any of their online protection enabled so its a mystery.

United Kingdom 2010 Range Rover Vogue SE TDV8 Bournville

Same issue as you with Sky Broadband. Works perfectly on EE 4G.

Interestingly, once past the first page using personal hotspot, can browse the rest of the site perfectly happily on Sky Broadband. Current: 2010 Range Rover L322
Vogue SE, TDV8 3.6, Bournville

Now gone: 2002 Range Rover L322

Well I gave Sky what for... and they couldn't fix it... but they stupidly sent me a customer survey Twisted Evil Just sent that back, and we'll see if it's red by a human being Shocked

While I have been a loyal Sky customer, after it was forced on me by them buying O2 broadband Evil or Very Mad , I haven't really had any problems until now... But now we have a real problem.. just how many other sites are we being blocked from?

I wouldn't mind so much if there were other ISP's effected, but it really does seem to be a Sky thing... plus I can't see the diagrams on my phone as it's a very small screen Evil or Very Mad and why should I use my data usage to look at Microcat when I have wifi and I'm sat next to the bloody router Banging Head Banging Head

The really galling thing is Sky broadband don't have an email link, and trying to explain to a Sky Helper Doris why gaining access to a parts resource is important... is sort of lost Banging Head Banging Head Big Cry Yesterday I couldn't spell Engineer... Today I are one!

I'm running via Sky as well and I get error messages as well, also tried a VPN and connections via other countries and I still cannot access the site.

Is it a local issue? Range Rover quotes.....

Evil or Very Mad Well for some inexplicable reason Sky have rated looking a naked Land Rovers illegal porn and have blocked the site Shocked it's that or they think it's promoting pirated movies or free football, couldn't be further from the truth... unless LR have been raising some objections... Which would surprise me, as accessing this site stops us tying up the dealer network with will it fit ? parts requests Rolling Eyes Actually when you think about it there is no good reason to make it intellectual property, as it only speeds up parts requests Whistle I wonder if JLR could be persuaded to open up a UK link to Microcat? That works Wink

Oh and the issue is between the Sky server and your computer, so no matter how many different countries you bounce it through it will always end up Censored Banging Head Banging Head Big Cry Yesterday I couldn't spell Engineer... Today I are one!
