engine fault warning , but IId tool shows no fault ?

hi ,
during a long trip home, on the highway, after 500miles without any problem,
the engine default warning went off on my dashboard, first intermittent, then steady.
i stopped the car and used iid tool for a diagnostic, which did not report any fault.
to be sure i stopped at the next LR dealer, they had a visual check only and said the engine worked quite smooth and ok.

i went off again and the engine fault warning reappeared after a few miles, the car kind of "shaking"forward with some rumbling noise when pushing up slightly the throttle above 2000rpm.

switching then to sports mode ( increasing thus the revs ) would suppress this shaking.
upon arrival, another check with iid tool did not show any fault.

what should i conclude ?
is it possible to have a mechanical issue and iid tool wouldn't report it ?
should i bring the car to dealer for a check up ?

thank you for your help

Maybe use the IIDTOOL to check voltage before starting and after starting and during driving. Sounds like a voltage issue to me ie battery or alternator. ______________________________

thank you,
please can you advise how this injector timing graph is to be understood, i.e.how the graph looks in case of a defective injector
