Are the control modules different?

I've currently only got the single 7 pin socket and could do with upgrading to the 13pin socket.

Is it as simple as order a plug and loom and swap over? Current

Yes, the 13 pin one is a replacement for the old black and grey 7 pin (dual) sockets.

You will need to add a switching relay for the caravan battery charging feed so you don't drain the engine battery, may come with the new socket?

I only have single 7 pin. No caravan socket.

Got a feeling this may cost.

The towbar is a non gen removable swan neck, I'll guess that the electrics will be non gen too come too

Not sure which wire needs a relay, I've no intention of attaching a caravan to it (can't stand the things) I need the extra 12v power feed though and the addition of reversing lights would be nice. Current
