EBC brake products

HNY everyone. Anyone got any experience of EBC branded discs and pads? Also, can one mix types of brake discs between front and rear, i.e. having a grooved disc at rear and normal/OEM at front?

the rears were being sold off cheap but they hadn't got any fronts left. Are EBC a good make or are they just for performance vehicles?

Discs are discs regardless of manufacturer - Pads on the other hand are a different story. EBC are renowned for good brakes with low brake dust.
