Boot strip replacement

Does anyone know if the silver strip on the boot is replaceable? looks like oil from fingers has remover the top coat.
I was planning on removing it and painting it, but if i can just replace it it will.

anyone know the part number please?

They are just stuck on with 3m tape. There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜
