Hi

I am in the process of re-registering my 2003 L322 V8 Petrol in the UK (it was originally registered in the UK but I exported it to France about 3 years ago).

I need some info from the CofC, but I stupidly did not take a copy of that when I gave the prefecture in France the paperwork.

Does anyone happen to have the CofC for a car with the same (BMW) engine as mine? I just need a few bits of info that are missing from the French V5 equivalent, and really want to avoid the cost and delay associated with obtaining a new CofC from Land Rover.

Info I need is:

- type
- variant
- version
- HC g/km
- NOx g/km
- Drive by sound level
- Track width for axles 1 and 2 (max and min)

I suspect none of this is really necessary as the car was originally a UK car, but I don't want my form to be bounced because some of the information is missing...

I have the C of C for mine. It is a 2005 diesel but the information may be generally the same. Obviously emissions will be different.

Variant: AMC
Version: 013

I am next to Miallet, about half an hour (if that) from you to the west.

As I said, it's a diesel but, hopefully, of some help. AFAIK the dimensions etc are the same. Just the power plant is different.

I was going to scan you mine, as I did the same thing and am about to do the same thing...

anyway, I do not have a copy either it seems, as the garage took care of it all.

That said, I tried to use the law stating our L322s already have a conformity type approval. LR France confirmed, before producing a CoC anyway (french bureaucracy...) see below:

le véhicule numéro de série SALLMAMA33AXXXXXX est homologué pour l'Europe puisque la lettre K du V5 (document anglais) est renseignée par un numéro e11* (numéro d'homologation Europe).

Vous pouvez nous envoyer le dossier et le chèque à Colombes. Nous vous enverrons en retour une attestation pour la préfecture française.
