Hello All

My TD6 Auto box with very little warning suddenly died yesterday. I'm looking for someone trustworthy to fix it but I'm in northern France close to Le Mans.

Closest I have found so far are around 250km away but I don't know much if anything about them, So if anyone can advise it'll be much appreciated.

If you google Land Rover France you will be able to find the nearest LR franchise garages under "Trouver un Concessionaire", by postcode or town. There does not seem to be one in Le Mans, there were two nearer the coast (Caen was one) and one nearer to Paris. It is not impossible that one of them could recommend an indy nearer to you, my experience abroad is that people generally try to help when they can. Only Range Rovers since 1988

Good idea, don't know why I didn't think of that! Think my brain is still a bit fogged after it taking me 4hrs to make the 20km journey home last night, with many frequent gearbox cool down stops along the way.

The shop in Caen is where we had to leave one of the discos in out Le Mans trip last year when the engine went bang. They were very helpful....  There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜
