I have been trying to use the In Control app on my iPhone for the last 24 hours but it seems unable to contact my RR. I just checked my phone to see that the app was updated yesterday. I wonder if anyone else has experienced the same problem.
That is the version I have which does not work for me. There are 4 or 5 reviews in the app store all saying it does not work so I wonder if it is something to do with the software version on the car which has a compatibility problem.
Land Rover asked me to
- take the car for a drive of at least a mile
- park in an area of good network coverage
-press the LR Assistance button for 10-15 secs
- completely shut down and restart the app
But it still did not work so LR are going to investigate.
This all happened in the week I had a service and software upgrade so the software on the car should be up-to-date.
Got the same problem. Since 1,5 weeks the App says there is no network. But there clearly is, when I use a wrong password it says its wrong, when I use the right one it says there are network issues ... Tried reinstalling but that did not take care of it.
