3.0 TD6 exhaust manifold

Hi folks
I’m getting round to putting my old 02 TD6 back on the road.
It has a cracked exhaust manifold and I have found the following on eBay?

Just wondering if anyone has used this brand or if they have used another make of manifold
Also will the bmw e46/e39 which I believe uses same engine be ok to use too? I think the bmw manifold can be upto half price but same part?

Well yeah I’d prefer new as it’s not exactly a 5minute job? Feels a little false economy going 2nd hand.
