Wraps a good idea. I have to do some experimenting with that. Did you wrap or spray the vent?

you might recall i took these vents off and put on some old 'sprayed black' 2 fin ones on which looked ok but not brilliant..
the ones i have on now were taken apart and the silver bits sprayed black... ... - .- -.

really chuffed with my westie...it performed brilliantly when i drove from birmingham airport to swindon last night in the horrendous snow..
we took the m42,m40 and then the m5..the police wouldnt let us go up birdlip hill so it we back on the m5 down to the m4 and then swindon..

i left home at 9pm and didnt get back till 5.30am the next day ...

i felt comfortable , safe and secure in my westie .. ... - .- -.

Watched mine get covered in snow, then melt. Had had too many sherries this morning....

Glad the family managed to land ok, the airport did get closed at one point!! There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜

thanks and yes ,it did get closed.. i parked in the waiting area and got a phone call from my son saying that he had just landed in manchester!
i was then on route to there when another call told me they were flying to birmingham as the runway was now open.. ... - .- -.

Do you think? I thought they would be worse Stan? Bare in mind, I’m no expert when it comes to tyres/compounds etc etc
