Should there be this type of movement on the rear wheel as shown in this video?
2006 Range Rover SC L322

I don't recall seeing anything like that when I did the bushes on the rear of my L322.

I can't imagine what has worn so much as to allow that level of movement - except for the Toe Control Arm.

Get under and try it again whilst looking for movement in the Toe Control Arm - items 14 and 19 in this pic:

Toe Control Arms
The toe control arm is a forged steel component. One end is fitted with a taper ball joint and the opposite end has a bush pressed into an integral housing.
The bush locates between brackets on the subframe and is secured with a special eccentric bolt, washer and nut.
This allows for the adjustment of the rear wheel toe in. Rotation of the bolt moves the eccentric head within a recessed slot in the bracket, allowing the toe-in to be adjusted within the set limits.
The taper ball joint locates in a tapered hole in the hub and is secured with a nut.

Wheel bearing borked

Could well be a bearing looking at the state of the inside of the rim. That's had a fair old wack at some point. 2017 5.0 Autobiography Supercharged

I don't think it's a wheel bearing, the backplate is moving, too. If it was a wheel bearing, the backplate wouldn't move. Ron B. VK2OTC

when you apply the brakes there is a loud pop, this happens going forward or in reverse..........It definitely sounded like it was coming from the passenger side right rear.

Do not drive it!

Jack up safely and remove the wheel. With that much movement it shouldn't be too difficult to identify where the freeplay is coming from.

If it is not the wheel bearing, then as others have indicated, probably your upper and lower hub bushes and the toe control arm. They are the only three things attaching the hub to the subframe. With the wheel off you will be able to see. .

I've got the toe control arm off, well at least at tapered ball joint which was very sloppy. The other end i'm dealing with a seized bolt that I need to cut. Hopefully I will tackle this tomorrow.

I had to cut through the bolt either side of the arm with an air hacksaw but it took a while, a 1 mm cut of disc might have been better but I was concerned about how close to the petrol tank I was

Well replaced the toe control arm (require Saw-zall to get that upper bolt out) and the upper hub bushes,still getting the loud popping sound when braking. I'm just going to take it to a shop as I have other hobbies I want to do.
