22” turbine style wheels

Looking for a set of these but I’m struggling to find a new set of replicas. I’ve seen genuine sets but usually around £3,000. These will only be summer wheels and I am happy to have replicas if the money is sensible.

Super Tweaks previously sold these but no longer have these listed. Do you know where I can get a new set from?

Thanks

IMHO - spend the extra money.

I agree what you’re saying and if I was buying wheels for any kind of off roading I wouldn’t hesitate but the cab will be staying on the road.

Unnecessary quote removed

This seems to be a very divisive subject. I'm not sure when in the country you are, but Skidz in Falkirk are tremendous. I spent a long time discussing my concerns over non-OEM wheels and Greg, one of the owners, really put my mind at rest. They don't buy Chinese knock-offs or other substandard replicas. They have excellent testimonials from the last umpteen years with no reports of any cracks or other failures occurring.

The wheels I am getting are almost identical to the OEM wheels, the exception being the black inserts - I went for these as they will offset the Santorini black bodywork well IMO. £1,995 with new Toyos fitted (I used to be a tyre snob until I tried Toyos - great tyres).

If they are toyo tyres, they will be 285 35 22 rather than 275 40 22 that should be fitted to your car sir...

That's not good - I'm going in tomorrow morning to get the wheels fitted so I will be sure to mention it to them. Can take some more pics if you like?

What are you doing about a spare ?

I do too many long runs to be without a full sized spare

If you don’t mind. I’m after them in all black.
