@Gyre8

Hi, I'm pretty sure these are the ones I bought. There are also DKC500080PMD and one is for LHD one for RHD but I can't see how there would be a difference personally? Anyhoo, these ones are Britpart, but seem to work fine. I have no connection with the selling company etc, it's just where I bought them from.

You can get them elsewhere, you can alos buy genuine LR ones.

Australia 2003 Range Rover HSE Td6 Java Black
How-to video

Aeroblade Swap for L322, Step-by-step

Arm - Ends with a 3 sided steel box section 19mm wide by 14mm high with top cut out for last 19mm.
It has a single 8mm hole 10mm from the end. The metal is 1mm thick

Range Rover Original Equipment Parts to be removed -

Adaptor 1 - A thin steel U-bracket snaps in on the top of the arm to reduce the size of the hole to 6mm.

Adaptor 2 - A plastic U-Bracket snaps in on the top of the blade with round lugs going into the 6mm holes.
This bracket has the sliding lock button that holds the original blade assembly.
The driver's side bracket also has a wing attached.

1 - Remove the U-brackets
Take the wiper arms off the vehicle. Just one nut on each, not too tight.
Remove the wiper assemblies from the arms (move slide clip with a flat bladed screwdriver)
Pivot the blade Slide Clip brackets 90° at the end of the arms
Use a thin sharp blade to lever the U-brackets inwards, then pull/roll/tug them off of the arms.

2 - Fit the Aeroblades
Slide the new wiper assemblies onto the arms until the 8mm round lugs snap into the holes.
Replace the wiper arms onto the vehicle. See adjustment pictures in manual.

Next time the lugs just need to be pressed inwards and the aeroblade will pull away from the arm.
Except ... they are normally very stiff. The best method is to have one person pull on the blade
while a second presses both lugs towards each other with some small M6 bolts.

The new blade then slides straight in.

There are 2 excellant Russian videos of the change-over near the bottom of this page -

Once you know how it is oh so easy !

United Kingdom 2011 Range Rover Autobiography TDV8 Baltic Blue

Just replaced mine with the HQ wipers, replaced them with the arms in situ.

Typically the drivers side was a right PITA to get the original clip off of the end of the arm, but it came eventually.

Looking forward to seeing how they work compared to the originals.

Thanks

The HQ ones have been excellent so far on mine in the last 12 months. Stick a towel on the windscreen when doing the work to avoid any smashes! 2011 4.4 TDV8 Vogue SE Buckingham Blue with Ivory and clear glass = "Rory"

United Kingdom 2010 Range Rover Vogue SE TDV8 Ipanema Sand

Replaced my tired original style with some HQ ones and so far very impressed. Need to do a longer run at motorway speeds but definitely worth the money.

Admittedly fiddly fitting them first time, but after three years on my first HQ's I fitted a replacement new pair today and it took all of two minutes. i.e. a minute per side. Thumbs Up

Yes they lasted very well too.

Looks much cleaner:

 Cheers, Greg

Lasts longer than back to black type stuff on the plastics. Thumbs Up

Lasts pretty well on the tyres too.
Only problem is that I wash the wheels often to try and win the brake dust war.

EBC green pads on the front has reduced the dust significantly btw.

. Cheers, Greg

Geez it's gone up since I bought mine.
Lasts me a year though Thumbs Up

I find best to apply with a sponge.
It's gooey though so it keep the bottle and sponge in a little bag to isolate the goo!

We're proper off-topic now!

. Cheers, Greg
