Are they not just frozen sir? Don't know how warm the weather has got down your neck of the woods? Seems strange they have both blocked! Remove the tubing going to your bonnet then press wash and see if you have flow first |

Thanks for reply. They were working normally until last week until there was a bitof snow on bonnet. I've disconnected rubber tubing and pump is working and there is water flow.

Each washer jet has a lip at the front (windscreen) and a squeezy tang at the rear (bonnet front).

Having had the same problem after freezing, once removed I've disassenbled the jet unit, inside is a small spring and a small red rubber grommet that appeared to have been dislodged from its normal position and blocked any fluid flowing through to the jets.
