Bonkers indeed. I don't suppose slowing the shipment down would make a significant difference? Royal Mail? No particular hurry. Otherwise, I think it stops making sense. Thank you for your help with this regardless.

I only wish it did make a difference, Royal Mail is more money!

I used DHL to Norway recently and got into all sorts of bother with having to provide data sheets for the oil content, got there in the end, so would prefer to keep using them as I understand how to make it work now, not withstanding they are the least expensive option
