To offer a contrary view, I have taken one to view a car and all was fine. I asked whilst arranging the viewing, so didn't blindside them, they had no issue. I can understand why they might not be comfortable, but I'd always ask, what's the harm? |

I thought it was fairly standard these days to scan a car for faults before buying?
