Looking for clues here. All I want to do is check the oil, but to do that I have to access the service menu and despite following the handbook instructions I can’t access it. It says press start button without touching brake pedal, but all that happens is I get a message saying press brake to start!! No sign of a service menu.....

Anyway, what’s wrong with a good old fashioned dipstick?!

If it had a dipstick they could not charge you a fortune when it failed.
As with all things digital you have to keep repeat pressing
Press the OK buton on the steering wheel to clear, then press menu, then scroll down.
By the way the engine has to be warm, which is a tad unhelpfull as you cant check the engine has enough oil untill you have run it without enough oil. letters not necessarily in the right order

You can check level when cold. Search on here for the long subject thread

I’ll be trying this later. I wasn’t aware they didn’t have one, if it’s low does it warn you?

Assuming no malfunctions - Yes it warns you if the oil level is too low.
