L405 2018 Facelift Queries

Hi new to the site ... any info on the whether or not the new 2018 facelift bumper with bolt straight on to a 2015 L405 or will it need modifications.. of course the lights, grille and bonnet but anything underneath ie brackets etc.. any help would be appreciated.. also will the new 2018 led lights plug in and play or will they need any adapters etc..
