L405 rear diff and oil leak help

Hi all , just had my 15 4.4 ab oil changed and indie has pointed out weeping rear diff and some oil leaking on the left hand turbo ( RHD FFRR). Its hnder warranty but i prefer to have indie do any work. I have seen the diff weep is common enough and there is a parts kit for the repair but would anyone know what tools are needed as indie has not done this on an FF before ( hes a BMW specialist) he advises that a unique tool is needed to loose a particular nut , any ideas please.

On the oil leak , its not using any oil and the engine is completely dry above the turbo , again any ideas or common problems in this area.

Thanks in advance 2015 4.4 AB

There are some other recent threads on these topics. Re the turbo oil leak, my 2012 WM had a slight leak from a turbo, it was pre-turbo drain mod, not sure if yours would be. The dealer advised monitoring, it seemed not to get worse and the car worked fine until I sold it. That was maybe eighteen months. So maybe clarify if yours is bad enough to need work yet.

Getting the revs above 2,500 seemed to be regarded as a good thing for stopping build-up of oil in the second turbo. Only Range Rovers since 1988
