from memory i think its in the fuse box on the left hand side of the engine bay.

Hi - yep can confirm its on the left of the engine. Opened it up and there are fuses in there. The workshop manual doesn't seem to get into fuses and relay level - the horn section describes how to get at the physical horns and change them out.

isnt there a diagram on the fuse box lid? ... - .- -.

Hi - there is one in the main glovebox fuse box - but not in the one in the engine - in the handbook it says fuses under the hood not to be touched unless by technician! So they don't tell you.

You could always check the fuses with the ignition off.
