Tough news Andy,
Did you see whereabouts the split was ?

Any chance of a photo ?

That's news about warranty not paying out. One of the reasons I tend to shy away and bank the cash....

will ask them to throw the old manifold in the boot. I spoke to one of the mechanics on Saturday he said it was quite an impressive split, I just felt sick at the time !!!

If Im honest I kind of knew they wouldn't pay out, still

me off as I wasn't going to go for it at the time then they upped cover of what was covered, so I thought what the heck...

Should have, as you said, just banked the money instead..

Perhaps this is one of the reasons I haven't got a WW warranty..........did think about it for a while but couldn't justify the £1100 outlay only to be faced with what Andy has been told. Let us know what happens. I've got a good Indy in Bury St Edmunds but always good to hear from others. 2012 Orkney Grey Westminster 4.4TDV8 with Ivory interior.........nice!
