Scotland 2014 Range Rover Vogue SDV6 Santorini Black

Spurred me into action Stan, bought the replacement casing last December from Matford LR (£12.49 incl. delivery)...finally got round to it this afternoon (stuck with the original look).

Well the key fob actually arrived today from China, I haven't opened it up yet but it certainly looks promising.

Although its actually a little bigger than this one so I might not bother.

Actually I found it pretty easy, used the locating lugs to locate with the corresponding holes on the PCB and put it back together only to find a couple of buttons no longer worked (they lined up perfectly and worked before). I realised that this was due to the fact that the back of the PCB needed supporting and I did it by bending the thing that puts the pressure on the back of the battery up a bit, foam tape or similar would probably work as well, might even be better !

However although not a big as the original massive key, it's bigger than the latest one I have so I won't be using it (it does look more modern though). So into my key museum it will go Rolling with laughter
