expensive, given that you will probably never have to actually fit them, yes they are simple to fit but so are normal chains, there is a knack and once you have it its simple

Have a look at their polar 16mm chains, i have a set and they aren't hard to fit once you have that knack. there is a link in the other thread about tow recovery straps, just under here.... There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜

Just get normal chains, these are pricey. I buy all my mountain kit from that company and they have a wide choice.

I have 2 sets of them Embarassed

I’ve never actually had to use them but I’m optimistic that this is my year Laughing

Regular chains won’t fit on the front of the L405 - the Thule ones have nothing around the back - and they are clear of the rims with 22’s Thumbs Up

I know the manual says you only need one set, but if I have to stop to fit them, I’m making sure I get there Whistle

I’m fairly sure someone was selling a set on here not too long ago

Its having nothing round the back that I like about them
