and this fault makes your suspension hard/soft fault - stop working? .

The suspension was working through all ranges and the fault look like it was an electrical fault anyway went in cleared the fault a couple of times and then it was no more ?? I think it was something to do with the temperature unusually for me the ff had been standing for a couple of days and it was very cold and we had freezing fog so when I went out fatty had a layer of ice all over and it was defroster using the preheater so I think it was an ice issue of some sort so it has never reappeared so good stuff back to no faults showing - not quite true have an Antenna fault but then always have and yet radio tv gps all work perfectly ,

Suspension fault DTC C1A55-01

Hi,
I have exactly the same fault FF TDV8 2008. There is the strip on the dash and says suspension fault.

IID Tool reads RLM-Suspension
C1A55-01 (AF) Ignition switch input circuit - General failure information - general electrical failure

If the fault is cleared it keeps coming back. Suspension seems to be working though. Any ideas what is going on? DTC C1A55-01 is not described in workshop manual.
