I don't know whether the later L405s have MPEG4 but the L322s don't. I did post a thread some time ago trying to find if there were any straightforward solutions but got no response.

I recently fitted the Navtool interface and am very pleased with it. It has the option of HDMI, which I haven't used yet, and I have it in mind to see if I could operate a tuner or perhaps a dvd player through that. It will take things like a Firestick etc. according to the information on the website.
