hi all the RR is still dropping in to limp mode on accelerating I will drive all day long if you drive like a granny and don't accelerate remotely hard so frustrating I think ive done about everything now its only don 82k and sweet as a nut does anyone know some ware in the north east I can take it that's not going to cost a fortune thanks for all you help guys

Daft question have you a split intercooler hose the top ones split underneath and cause that problem , 4 jubilee clips and check them

I had a limp mode issue with mine a while back. Took it to a specialist indy local to me (Halifax, West Yorkshire). They have a great bit of kit for testing for leaks in the turbo system - a pressurised smoke test kit. They found a tiny split underneath one of my turbo hoses that you could barely see with the naked eye. Without that kit it would've been nigh-on impossible to find without randomly replacing loads of bits.

That may not be your issue, but they sorted me straight away.

Sometimes a proper specialist LR garage (indy included) can be well worth it IMHO.

Edit - Probably should've named them - Stonelake LR in Halifax. They're not a main dealer, far better I think.

Should also probably add - on another occasion they found a tiny bit of wire with a nick in it that was causing all sorts of faults. How the heck they found it I don't know, but spot-on fix. Highly recommended, but not cheap.
