CTKLR05 - success?

Hi guys n girls

Just wondering if anyone with a 2006MY L322 has successfully changed their headunit using the connects2 interface

It lists that it’s compatible with all 2005 onwards retaining the MOST system, just wondering if anyone running the logic 7 has successfully retained the amp using this kit? My factory IHU has gone pop so now seems the perfect excuse to upgrade the system to something a little more modern

Thanks for the reply Joe

I know I’ll lose the trip functionality, that doesn’t really bother me, I rarely use the MPG screen (it depresses me) so I just leave it on Range, I can still reset the trip if I need too

I’ve found so many posts listing this connects2 part but no one can actually confirm whether it’s compatible for the logic7 system

Pulling my hair out at a rate of knots.... 1 week without music I’m going slightly insane

Just did a post on the other thread look here

https://www.fullfatrr.com/forum/topic29219-255.html

But the avin most adapter and a nice big 10.25 erisin nav - works with steering controls etc and it will be about £300-350 all in and you will have a massive screen which you can add carplay and dab too Current stable:
2006 BMW M6
2007 4.2 V8 S/C FF
Gone:
2002 4.4 V8 FF
