That's posh, just checked the manual, the 322 just tells you when a tyre is underinflated, no way to see the pressures.. Pete

What’s the speed rating on those take off tyres, Pete?

When I looked I couldn’t find any with a Y rating, they were all W rated, which I thought weren’t suitable for a SC.

I did look into it and came up with this....

These new ones are 255/55/19 110W

Land Rover list suitable tyres in the handbook rated at Y (186mph) V (149mph) and H (130mph) as well as the daft spare at M (81mph)

W rating is up to 168mph.

They list load rating at 109 (1030kg) and 111(1090kg) mine are 110 (1060kg)

So these tyres specifications come within the parameters set by Land Rover

The S/C is limited to 140mph so no speed issue

Weight is well within the capability of the tyres.

I'm happy with that and I don't think the insurance company would have anything to moan about... Thumbs Up

The handbook is for both S/C and TDV8, there is no mention of different tyres for each model... Pete

And yes, just haven't got round to throwing the jack out.... I'd call out our breakdown service if I get a flat, not chancing jacking 2.7 tons by the side of the road, even with a Sprinter jack..!!

Thanks for your detailed reply, I like your thought process Thumbs Up

I toyed with the idea of take offs, having bought some direct replacement L322 take offs previously from Duckworths. Decided to buy four new 109Y Pirelli Scorpions instead after reading reviews on here, as had been running Continentals since 2007.

The 405 Tpms may be posh.....

But it’s pressures are a bit wrong According to my pressure gauge. There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜

Rolling with laughter I watched it. Think I’d get bored of it after tearing about for a bit, and you will definitely get pulled over in the UK I recon.

Think I prefer a deeper sound with less “rasp”.

It’s trying a bit too hard....

Sorry, been away for a few days... what an absolute piece of Censored

How to make a nice RR into a tacky tasteless piece of Censored

The RR police should seize it and return it to stock....

And don't get me started about the low life who presents the video....

And yes, I am a snob.... Thumbs Up Pete

Got a day in the garage yesterday, persuaded my mate to let me do a gearbox oil change following the one I did with my last fatty which ended up with a 5ltr slick on his nice floor..!! Everything went well this time and not too much debris on the magnets.. Gearchanges are noticeably smoother, I'll do another drop and fill soon... (lets not have a drop and fill verses flush discussion on here please..!!)

Stripped the rear brakes, cleaned up the calipers and disc top hat, painted them in metallic black and fitted new hardware and pads, looks much nicer through the wheel now...

Managed to fit the Sprinter jack in the same cradle the scissor jack was it... keeps it very secure and out of the way, the three piece handle is in the grey bag bottom right of picture.. Very pleased this is all sorted...

Replaced the top of the fuel delivery system in the tank, it contains a filter that is recommended to change at 10 years, I was hoping it was the cause of the fuel pressure dropping after several seconds of full throttle, the fatty was hitting restricted performance after about 4-5 seconds of full throttle, live values showed the high pressure pumps pressure dropping well down.. The new filter has helped, it now takes around 8-10 seconds to drop off... I can't understand how a mechanical pump can achieve the required pressure for some time, then drop off if the pump is faulty, it still looks like a supply issue, i.e. the high pressure pumps are not getting the amount of fuel they require... You can sit all day at 3/4 throttle with no issues and the live values show the pressure at 3/4 throttle is the same as full throttle but with no delivery issues...!! Anyone any ideas..?? Pete
