Rear door issue

Hi guys,

I have a 2013 SE and Im have a starge issue with the rear driver side door, these are issue

Window wont open using the switch on the door or the drivers door switch

The door cannot be opened from the inside

The door can be opened from the outside if the key is your hand or pocket as you pull the handle, door will no open when keep is not in range.

I have checked the fuses and all are good, anyone have any ideas?

i'd be tempted to take the door card off and see if there are any loose connections or maybe water ingress.. ... - .- -.

1. Have you tried to see if all 4 windows open and close by depressing and holding the unlock/ lock button on the remote keyfob?

2. Also, see this information which related to the front passenger door on ours:
LR Extended Warranty - Covered Replacement Front Passenger Door Latch / Mechanisim
March 2020
https://www.fullfatrr.com/forum/post545480.html#545480

Note - the other day, our front passenger door would not open again from either inside or outside of the car. I got out, walked to the passenger door and pressed the lock button on the remote key fob twice (until the car made that locked/ folded mirrors/ bleep sound)... then I pressEd the unlock button on the remote fob and normal service/ use was resumed. I don’t know why that happened though and might take it back to the main dealer as the warrant work was only down a few months ago.

Yes, all 4 of our windows will open fully and close fully by depressing key fob buttons.

Is your car battery working okay?

Ryan, if you go into your CCF files using your IID, switch on super locking single press... This negates the need to press the lock button twice to "super lock" the car... Thumbs Up

The wiring plug for that door is literally just where the loom goes into the pillar... if you open the plug and check the connections are clean etc etc Thumbs Up
