So my RR 3.6 V8 is still at the garage 3 weeks now with thes faults

P0913-Fuel rail pressure to high input
P0191-Fuel rail pressure sensor range/performance
P117D-Fuel volume regulator control exceeding maximum control limit
P2290-Injector control pressure too low

The RR is at a land rover garage and he’s done loads of tests but apparently still no better off

When it’s sitting on the drive it will rev all the way up but when you take it for a run if you accelerate it goes bing bong engine fault lowers suspension limited gears etc can anyone help please

Tryed all that buddy still no joy

Could be what is either the pressure regulator or sensor on the HP pump.

Had similar on the D3, unfortunately on that the only solution was to change the HP pump as the broken bit couldn’t be swapped on its own. There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜

How can you test that?

Seems to me the common denominator for that lot is the Fuel rail pressure sensor, I take it you have tried that..?

As Pete says, what have they looked at

If you look in the WOrkshop manual it will point you to probable faults linked to the codes rather than relying on the generic description.

It does point towards fuel pressure/sensor problems.

Not sure how you would test that jndividually. The P117 would point towards the doobris on the fuel pump. There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜

It’s in the garage now so hopefully they suss it out sick

so the Landy garage had it for 6 weeks injectors etc no joy I bought a used low mileage HP Pump fitted it in 1h and boom like a fecking train cheers for all the help gents

The landy garage must have been pretty useless! Previously a 2008MY Tonga Green Vogue SE 3.6 TDV8
