There's a thread on here I started around 3 years ago named 'TD6 INTERMITTENT JUDDER / INJECTOR FAULT '

Have a read through there. Someone recommend a place who sell injectors on ebay so the link should be in the thread somewhere but I'm sure it was around £100 + a £30 refundable surcharge when you send your old one back. They were a really knowledgeable diesel specialist so well worth using.

I have got refurb ones off ebay in the past for 80 pounds and they have been great. I have also bought used ones for around 30 pounds also no problems.

Well........I’m totally lost now......

Spent the day yesterday replacing injector #2 & #6. Put it all back together and now have exactly the same problem but this time with injectors #2 & #6😖

All this appeared to start after I had problems with a vacuum hose pipe. Could it be a vacuum system or fuel sensor fault causing false readings at the injectors?

Jim

Should the injector live values be constant number at idle? I have 2 with constant 655 reading and 4 that change between 0 and 655.
