Mine hasn’t had the mod and doesn’t smoke, but I do try and get the revs up once the engine is warm.

It has been starting fine after the drive. To be fair it was not driven for a couple of weeks when I picked up and notices the voltage was down as the entertainment system etc wont work. |

ffrr14, did you buy the grey AB from Tamworth? I was interested in that one and made enquiries but I am in Perth and all the shipping cost and agro with rego made me pass. 2007 TDV8 VSE

Agree with you. But looks like I have a starter motor issue like so many have experienced here. |

With the prices at the moment, you got a bargain. It was discussed on AULRO a little which brought it to my attention, they said it had the locking rear diff which was a big plus for me. The only other two 4.4tdv8`s I know of for sale at the moment are 65 and 69k and they are Luxury spec ( Vogue SE?) not AB. Good luck with the Starter. 2007 TDV8 VSE

This car has all the options ticked inc ACC, locker like you mentioned and rear heated/cooled seats etc etc. Seller did give me further incentive to buy it, which should cover starter/alternator/battery etc. Cosmetically it need a bit of work
