Front washer jets

Has anyone successfully retrofitted fan type washer jets to an L322 in replacement of the standard twin jet setup?

I've had a search and I can't see if this has been answered before so apologies if I am going over old ground.

I just wondered if this is something anyone has bothered doing Question 2010 MY Range Rover 3.6 TDV8 Vogue SE - Stornoway Grey with Semi-Aniline Ivory Leather and Piano Black Trim

I have this on my bucket list since day1 of owning the car, as the whole wiper system is just pathetic.
The 405 nozzles do not fit, I have found some ford (edge?) nozzles that did fit pretty well, but these were not heated. From the form it seems that the E46/X5 nozzles might fit an are heated as well, but couldn't get my hands on any to try IRL yet.
The biggest issue here is that you can't easily change the angle of the spray, and the L322's windscreen is quite steep, so it might need a little adjustment or not work at all.
