Hi all,

In the dash menu, I put a tick in the park assist and the blue icon appears to show that it’s active etc.
Leave the car over night etc and when I start the car, it’s gone off. The box isn’t ticked?
Are yours doing the same???

Yes mine does it, not too sure if its right or not TBH.

Doesn’t seem right that every time you want to look for parking etc, you have to go in the display? Why have a setting buried in the dash that resets at every start?

Think yourself lucky, there's a whole swathe of Wermacht Staff Cars Mercs. that have had the 'feature' removed because of some arcane EU ruling...
Personally, I think its one 'driver assist' system too far.

Yeah get you there, not something I would use but one of those people if it’s fitted, I want it to work lol

I had park assist on a Jag F Pace, basically the same system. I used it maybe twice before deciding it wasn’t for me. SWMBO’s Mini also has it and its never been used. Its just a gimmick IMHO.
