Range Rover L405 L494 Electrically Deployable Tow Bar Towbar

my 2011 L322 does not have a towbar, and I am now needing one, on the off chance, has anyone retrofitted the part number
DK6M19D522AD from a Range Rover L405 or L494 Electrically Deployable Tow Bar Towbar to a 2010 to 2012 L322 ??

is it a ball ache or not too bad ??

my local scrap dealer has one he can sell me for £200 quid, and he tells me the part no is DK6M19D522AD
maybe he said it jokingly, but he said it "would be fine on my car"

but I wanted to ask on the forum first, as I can't seem to remember if anyone on here has done it - cheers Smile

Completely different chassis and mounting points and set up so, I'm pretty confident it won't fit unless you can retrofit it to an old crossbar, unlikely. And then it would also lose the type approval.

There's 2 main tow bars out there for the L322:

1. Witter from PF Jones
2. Tow Trust from Towbars UK or Wezmorell (available as fixed flange or detachable)
