No start problem

Hello

I rebuilded 4.4l diesel engine now it doesent start... Injector not working.

So I gave my injectors to test and rebuild all 8 of them. Also they Got New codes. Now i have two questions...do I have injectors fuse Somewhere)? (cant find it)?
I didnt recode my injectors on ecu... Do you think that this can be cause of not start.

I get code p060a internal prcessor managment.

Thank you

Check the engine control module for moisture on the connectors, the injectors not triggering indicate a fundamental issue, not a problem with the injectors themselves. Are the crank & camshaft position sensors connected and giving an output? There isn't an injector 'fuse' as such, but there are several power supplies to the control module, along with several ground connections. you need to check these using the appropriate wiring diagram.

Can't help with the wiring diagam but you can buy a day's access to Topix for a single VIN quite cheaply, and spend the 24hrs downloading everything for that vehicle you could possibly need...

Look at actual values for fuel pressure (high & low), crank & camshaft sensors and MAF/ Charge air sensors, both static and cranking, they should give you a better idea of what is happening - or not, with your failure to start issue.

Test all the injectors & wiring as per the following, pay particular attention to the harness being shorted to ground or mutual shorts.

Although only injectors 1-4 are mentioned, you need to test all eight - and the wiring to them.
