Am I allowed to include one of my Dad's cars? He bought a NSU RO80 the year it was released when we lived in Germany, even collected it from the factory. A really nice car I would buy now if i could.

Our Ford Sierra Sapphire Cosworth. I owned it for 5 years until I crashed it. It was a standard car to look at, bar the Mongoose exhaust. Underneath though it had 365bhp and accelerated like nothing else back in the day. Mostly driven normally with the occasional burst. Phenomenal car and like others have said above, today's values!!!. 14mpg was a bit wincing but the smile even on gentle acceleration would be akin to some of today's big torque diesels. Fastest I had out of it was 135mph in Germany. However my wife had driven it along faster, but that's another story. visiting from www.rrsport.co.uk

I had a Range Rover Classic Overfinch 570tpi. It was if I remember correctly, a 1989 model with all the original paperwork and bills from Overfinch. It had everything including tpi Chevrolet V8 motor, wheels,dials,seats and steering wheel all from Overfinch. When I got it, I swapped my Omega MV6 for it, when I sold it, I sold for (it’s value at the time) £2k

I also a few years later, sold my Rouse Sport Cosworth Sierra for £6k

The first car we bought with a view to make money on , mission accomplished, up 45% in 3 years before moving it on last year but what a blast to drive when the turbo kicked so do miss that .Always drew attention and surprised looks when two 60 + year olds got out. Enjoyed taking it to Shelsey Walsh with the Brooklands members giving it a blast on the hill climb. It was just bonkers in many ways

Can I add motorcycles?

I had both a 2007 Suzuki DL650 V-Strom (red) and a 2007 Yamaha XJR1300 (blue) - both inherited from my late son, aka Bucko - (see below - the LH bike was my wife's Honda CB400).




I sold the XJR1300 and kept the V-Strom.

About a year later I saw the XJR for sale so bought it back. My wife said "You can't have 2 bikes!" - so I sold the V-Strom.

I wish I'd kept it and sold the XJR again. The XJR is now nearly 16 years old and has only 30,000km on the clock. Ron B. VK2OTC
