May or may not be better than fleabay versions, they're easy to fit and the difference is noticeable.

one bulb each side be it xenon or led..a shutter hides part of the beam for dip and opens fully for main.. ... - .- -.

That's a LED cornering infill light, roughly equivalent to the halogen lamp in the sidelight aperture in L319/L322 adaptive headlight units |

from what i read in the WM , the oval bit you're on about is the main beam ..
