I have 20" wheels and 255/50/R20 Nokian Outpost APT tires.

My lable from my 2012 UK TDV8 L322 below, 33F 36R, although I run mine about 31F 33R on my 255/50 x 20s as it's slightly more comfortable on our crappy roads.

If you have 5 people in the car + luggage then yes. If not use the lower figures as suggested by Andy. If you are going off-road with AT tyres you can lower them even more to improve grip. 2012 TDV8 Vogue (L322) |

What would be recommended pressure for off-road driving if 'road' is basicially small rocks/dirt and does not have sand? |

I'm not sure to be honest because the 50 profile sort of limits the bead hold. We used to take our P38s down to 15 in Dubai for sand but they were on 255/60 x 18s but drove with out too much hard cornering on the dunes.
